After 5 estimates, I decided to hire R. Nunez Construction to build my 600sf addition. Wow, I really got excellent value for my money. These guys are very skilled tradesmen--all of them. Ronald built the addition conforming to all the sometimes difficult and confusing city codes. Ronald is a hands--on contractor. He came every day and stayed the whole day. The workers were always friendly and really take pride in the work they do. The job was completed on time and according to the contract with no major redos. I highly recommend R. Nunez Construction. I would be happy to give a personal recomendation if anyone needs a reference.
